We provide computer systems design, integration, cloud, security, data, and consulting services as defined in separate agreements.
You must be 16+. You agree not to misuse our Site or services for unlawful purposes.
Our content is protected by IP laws. Clients receive a limited license to deliverables upon full payment.
Proprietary information stays confidential for five years after engagement.
Provide accurate information, timely feedback, necessary access, and pay fees as agreed.
Net 30 days. Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest.
Liability capped at fees paid in preceding 12 months. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
You indemnify us against claims from your misuse of our services.
Services performed professionally. 90-day warranty on deliverables. Otherwise "as is."
30-day notice for convenience; immediate for uncured material breach.
No liability for events beyond reasonable control.
Governed by Florida law. Arbitration in Duval County.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. Invalid provisions reformed. Waiver not continuing.
